Color and smell are moderate.
I tried to use powder for my pandan cake. It’s was okay for aroma but not that great, the color could be better.

Not good quality
likely not pure or good quality pandan. Smelled nice but tasted like there’s matcha powder mixed in, not enough pandan fragrance

Real authentic Thai pandan powder
As a Thai person, I can assure you that the real pandan powder tastes and smells like this one. No color added to make it brighter or artificial smell to make it smell like pre-made syrup. I'm pretty happy with this product!

Great latte
This is a great way to make a latte and save money from buying them in the store. I use this to make a pandan latte with my nespresso machine. I pour oat milk in the frother and start it up. while its whisking I tap in 1 teaspoon of the pandan powder and then 1 teaspoon of maple syrup (or 1/2 teaspoon of maple if you want it less sweet). When thats done I make 1 shot of espresso and combine the two. Add one or two cane sugar packets if you want it a little sweeter its delicious! I saw someone saw it gets gritty while you are sipping it. maybe after the fourth sip you can feel an itty bitty small amount of the leaf on your tounge but it doesnt bother me at all. At the end of the cup you will taste more leaves though because it will sit at the bottom, but you can throw out the rest at that point because by the time you get to that point its not that much left in the cup. Or you can swallow it. I’ve had lavendar lattes before with the lavedar buds in it and those are way more annoying to the point its hard to enjoy the latte. But with these leaves i dont feel the same way, these leaves are way easier to digest. I guess it will come down to personal preference at the end of the day.

Doesn’t taste like pandan, also not good as tea.
This was extremely gross. Doesn’t taste anything like pandan nor can you use it as tea. Added a bunch sugar to make it taste better but it’s just bitter.
