This doesn’t smell like Rahua oil (true Rahua oil should smell herbal & a bit like coffee) instead this smells awful like faeces so it’s unusable. I have no idea what this oil is , a by product of rotting food maybe

This comes in a cardboard tube and is wrapped in tissue paper to keep it safe in transit. I like that this is full of goodness. All natural, vitamin E and three omegas 3, 6 and 9. You can use this in many ways, wet hair, dry hair, scalp health, overnight mask or even add a few drops to your shampoo or conditioner. One thing I'm not so keen on is the scent. It's very strong a bit strange and it lingers quite a while. To me it smells like dried smoked pork and because of that I won't be using it when going out but I will when I stay at home. Keep out of sunlight. Best to keep in the cardboard tube.

I had not heard of Pataua Oil before and was interested to learn it comes from a palm tree in South American rainforests. It is a very rich oil with the benefits of Omega 3, 6 And 9 all of which are beneficial to the hair. It hasn't got much of a smell and I found yiu need just tge smallest amount for each use. I have thick strong hair which is prone to be dry and frizzy at the ends. I use this on the ends of my hair at night so it can soak in overnight. It doesn't make my hair greasy but does seem to keep it in good condition at the ends and it feels softer and looks healthy. I think the price is fair as you need just a couple of drops on your fingertips to apply to the ends of your hair The oil is also an anti inflamatory so helps if you have any scalp issues I have also tried adding a few drops to my hair when washing it. I add it to my conditioner and have found it makes my hair soft and smoother.
