I bought this on a whim tbh but it's been a game changer the trigger ball with the suction cup on it is just next level for any work you need for mid/lower back,traps and high glute areas. As you can position it at any height and choose how much weight or force you want to put into it. Not one to usually write reviews but felt this is so much better than any ball and has probably saved me £'s on massages. Would highly recommend

Great for relieving trigger points. Suckers to the wall which is great for hard to reach places. Just be careful not too press too hard and go too deep. Works well at relieving pain. Wish I bought these years ago as I’ve tried many different gadgets but these are by far the best.
