The left hinge broke a little more than a year after I got this laptop, and the right on is also breaking. I have not been able to locate a replacement top for this device. Poor quality hinges that broke with no warning - no snaps or cracks, it just broke upon opening. If you're going to buy it, you might strongly consider the extra warranty protection. I wish I had.

After 3 months of use it cost me 1/3 the cost of computer to have broken hinges replaced. Laptop was never dropped or abused. That is poor workmen ship. Not happy with product reliability. Do not recommend this product.

Bought this laptop to use for Zoom meetings. First time I used it, I was told that the audio was going in and out. I also had to make some settings changes to get the audio to play through the HDMI connection. I tried making several audio changes but the sound was still going in and out. I ended up switching back to my old laptop. So having a new laptop that did not meet my needs, I decided to return it. This seller charges a 10% restocking fee (that's almost $60) as well as you have to pay the return postage. And when I say "did not meet my needs", I consider the audio issue to be a defective product, so charging me to return a defective product is totally wrong.

Just got my new laptop in today and OMG is this thing fast. It was configured correctly right out of the box. I fully expected that I would need to reconfigure it, however everything was great! I did not expect this type of speed for the money.
