I did my first ion cleanse at my chiropractor's office, his machine cost about $2,000! This does an amazing job! I use it about once every couple of weeks and besides the look of the water, I noticed the significant difference in the amount of swelling in my knee and the decrease of pain. I broke my knee in June, and developed a blood clot in my leg which is why we did an ion cleanse in the first place. Have fun I'm getting one of these for my daughter for Christmas. Does it work as well as the $2,000 machine? Probably not! But, for the cost of this and the way that it does work it was well worth it. I can only use it for myself multiple times, it is paid for itself at this point, my friends and family can also use it as well

Love, love , love my aw dual foot detox machine. Did not come with instructions but was able to google how to work. I would recommend to everyone from well to very sick. It actually works to pull out parasites and detox you all around. I've had my friends and family buying one😃The photo shows parasites that came out of me along with some other toxins😳

I wish it came with a better manual. It doesn't explain what the different modes are. Also, there are two outputs for both the foot bath and the waist belts. The 2nd footbath ouput only worked once. I also don't see the benefit of the belts. It's awkward to keep them on for 30 minutes (especially while sitting) because they shift, and even at the highest setting, they don't get hot enough to produce any sweat. I will say that I'm satisfied with the footbath feature. Once I finally figured out how to work it properly, it got the job done.

Just got it today opened the box got it all set up ready to use and guess what the unit doesn't start up turned on the main switch in back of unit and nothing no blinking no top or front panel lights the main switch light doesn't even light up, I read the manual and did everything according to the instructions even went to another outlet in my home and still nothing I'd like another unit sent to me please one that actually works and not a dead horse. I contacted AW and told them of my defective unit and send me a replacement unit one that actually works I'm very highly disappointed at this point as I have health issues and I came to believe I originally purchased a working foot detox machine but not. AW sent me an email to send them a video of the issues the machine is having I feel they are jacking me around at this point and don't really care about their customers the only issue here is it doesn't work. I'm contacting Amazon for a full refund since all I was asking is for a shipping label to be sent to me so I can resend this defective non working detox machine back to them and be sent a good working replacement detox machine.
