We don't know what we would do without these! They are great quality and thickness - never had any issues packaging food or in the freezer! 100% leak proof and keeps food so fresh - even when thawing in the fridge after freezer. We will definitely try ordering the variety pack size too - but right now we just cut them in half for smaller items and they work great!

I bought these specifically for sous vide cooking. The large size is perfect for my bigger beef and lamb roasts and I have not had any problems with the vacuum seal or the bags leaking. I've also used a few of them for freezer vacuum seal bags and they work great. I can go straight from freezer to sous vide as well and the bags do fine. Love the price too. I gave these a try when the brand that I had bought before was no longer available on Amazon and was a bit worried that they were so much cheaper but I will not go back to the other ones.

My first order of these bags was in June, 2018. Given the low pricing (by comparison to the branded product), I didn't know what to expect. Now that I've used them on a few hundred sous vide cooks, I'm totally convinced these are just as durable as the expensive bags. I've been using sous vide as a cooking method for over 11 years and because the branded bags were so expensive, I cleaned them thoroughly and reused them. After 10 years, this became habit. I had doubts that these Avid Armor bags would hold up to 2-3 time usage to which I had become accustomed. I am quite pleased to say there is no difference that I can tell. They seal perfectly, the seal holds on cooks as long as 72 hours. I have had only two seal failures in 11 years and both were my own fault. Naturally, the bags get smaller and smaller with each usage, but given I sous vide real meat for my 12 year old cat (3 oz per day) my last use of the smallest bag parts -- usually about 4x5 inches -- is for this. I do a month's worth of cat food at a time and have washed and re-used bags as many as five times. These bags easily hold up as well as the originals!

La calidad de las bolsas se ve muy buena pero no las puedo usar con otra cámara que compré porque son mas anchas.
