The title of this product refers to an SM35-H10 which is a small skin-toned headset. However, I received an SM35 which is more bulky and visible on the head.

The microphone sound is really good. One thing that I did not like about it (and having used similar products in the past) it does not have a volume control on the vireless transmitter (the one that you place on your belt). Other then that the sound quality is impressive.

The audio drops out from time to time, not reliable, also it eats batteries way too fast. The audio also crackles and pops, somewhat like a car radio on a distant station, and this is when the transmitter is only 45 feet line-of-sight from the receiver. Not the quality I would have expected from Shure, particularly at this price-point. I have finally determined to return this and get something else after weeks of struggling with it. Junk.
