Product price not matching with the quality it has
Not a good product. Not recommended to buy. Blade broken in a month by only grinding green vegetables. Also grinding soft items is not up to the mark. Keeping whole items in small thik pieces. Even you can’t make chutney properly. Also service is not good. For service it has to be visited their service center which is worth as product value.

Bad product not worthy of this much price
I bought it in May 2023 and within a year all three blades stopped working. My previous product from Bajaj I used for more than 5 years .This is not a good product at all.

JAR is not of good quality and JAR is not covered under warranty.
I had bought this product 4 months before. The connection between the Jar blade and the lower part is already loosened and cannot be used now. I went to Jashanmal service center for claiming warranty as it is mentioned one year warranty in amazon. Service center mentioned that the warranty is only for the motor and not for any accessories including the 3 Jars. The service center attitude is very bad and they are not helping the customer at all. What is the point of buying Russell-hobbs for 300 AED if we cannot use it for at least 6 months?
