Q: Picture doesn't match description. Is it an easy lift trailer axle jack or trailer tongue jack? Picture is axle jack.

Axle jack. Would not function well as trailer tongue jack.

Q: Photo of item I want to buy (Trailer axle lift for a flat tire) does not match the item description which is for an item with grease fittings & pins?

I did purchase this Trailer axle lift and what I received was exactly as shown in the picture. But that over a year ago - I don't recall what the description said. I am sure it did NOT describe something totally different. If you look further down under Product Description it is also wrong and this Product Dimensions: 14.6 x 9.7 x 1.8 inches ; 3 pounds Shipping Weight: 15.6 pounds (View shipping rates and policies)How does it go from 3 lbs to a shipping weight of over 15lbs???? I know you want to ensure you are getting what is pictured but I can only agree with you "what the ????"

Q: Has this jack been used in the snow?

This requires some type of hard (and rough) surface capable of supporting the weight the axle supports. It's unlikely that snow will support anything over 1-2 pounds, regardless of how packed it is. In addition, the ridges on the jack need something to bite into for it to work properly, and snow/ice would negate that. If the snow is cleared and this is used on asphalt or concrete, it should work as described.
