The Why-Why's Gone Bye-Bye (2) (Trubble Town)

Don't know whether this is a children's book or clever comedy for adults. It is gentle and funny with a touch of the comedy of the absurd. I faithfully follow his comic strip and have all of his books, including the first Trubble Town fantasy. Ergo, Pastis's comedy is a bubble off and is a learned experience, not for everybody.

This book is so Intelligent. My son is 9 years and can read on his own but we read it together because it is just sooo funny. I am a high school teacher and I am bringing it into my classroom to teach about fallacies! So amazing thank you! We are ready for your next book!

Trouble Town Vol. 2 brings the craziness & outrageous storytelling by Stephan Pastis. His new book continues the exploits of Wendy the Wanderer & her squirrel partner. Now aliens have arrived! What's not to love? ❤

My kid read the book in a day or so and asked if the third one has been confirmed yet! Hopefully its soon, they love them!

A bit repetitive, but still Pastis at his best.
