I don’t know about this
I just got this, and I’m kind of afraid to use it. First of all, the strap appears to have been sewn into the foam disc. So, it looks like it could be ripped away easily. Second, the foam disc feels about as light as the foam used in packaging for electronics. So, that doesn’t feel very sturdy, considering you will be pulling on it with your body weight. And lastly, it doesn’t come with its own carabiner. I have to get one of those too. Overall, it doesn’t seem very strong, and there was a missing component.
