I was a bit sceptical as I have never used one before until today. It is quite good. It uses something magnetic to stick to your screen so no wobbling around.I am actually impressed. I have tested it and it does look like you cannot see anything from aside- just when u look straight at the laptop

I was looking for a non adhesive screen protector: bearing in mind that Apple do not recommend adhesive screen protectors. I am not too bothered about the privacy screen aspect. I did a lot of research and found this to be the best option to best protect the screen of my new MacBook Pro 13 inch M2 from scratches and fingermarks - points to note:1. It is easy to fix affix2. Screen brightness is only slightly impaired , but turning up display brightness gets around this3.Overall screen view is good4. The Mac book can be closed adequately when the screen saver is affixed5. It aligns well to the screen / it seems to stay in place (not come away from the bottom of the screen)6. The apps at the bottom of the screen are not obscured at allA great option for the above reasons.

Good privacy filter. Privacy angles not as good as the best on the market, but perfect for my needs. A bonus I hadn’t realised when I purchased it is that the matte side works very well as an anti glare screen when sitting e.g. with a window behind you. Other reviewers have complained about the bottom edge lifting. This wasn’t a problem for me because most of the time I work with external monitors with the lid of the laptop closed. I place the filter gloss side out when the lid is closed so that gravity affects that side. Thus when I’m using the laptop screen with the privacy filter matte side out (my preference) I haven’t had the problem others describe. YMMV.

I don't often write reviews, but with this one, I really want to address some of the negative comments, because they make zero sense to me.A few people have said that the protector only attaches itself at the top, while the bottom part of it 'hangs loose' and makes the bottom of the screen fuzzier and harder to read. I can't see how that could happen, because the screen would have to be at an unnatural/unworkable angle for that to happen: the laptop would need to be semi-closed. At normal angles, anywhere from 90 degrees, the bottom of the protector fits snugly to the screen, so the top and bottom of the screen look exactly the same in terms of clarity, legibility and brightness.In summary: I've switched to this magnetic protector after months of messy, inconvenient stick-on protector (with adhesive strips, ugh!) and I am never going back. I also feel like it helps with eye strain more than the adhesive one I had before. A well-deserved 5 stars.

Initially the product was sound, it fitted easily and seemed to function. However with my MacBook Pro (and I assume with most laptops from reading other reviews) the bottom of the screen filter started the curl away from the computer screen at the bottom, the affect is similar to the computer screen appearing out of focus. It's really frustrating as it renders the bottom quarter of the screen useless and can't be used.There must be a reason why the manufacturer can't place magnets at the bottom.If anyone is thinking of buying a screen like this, I would avoid and I'd stick with an adhesive screen.For clarity, the bottom of the screen curls away from the computer screen even when holding the laptop up and tilt it on its back to encourage gravity to help hold the filter screen in place, it's just as bad when the computer is horizontal.Wish manufacturer had tested product properly before putting on the market.

I was very happy at the beginning however by the time i realized that some of the comments regarding "bottom part not attaching properly" is correct. I dont notice it always as i am often focusing on reading in the center of the screen, however if you change the angle of screen a little, bottom part does not stick any longer and creates a blurry reading. Other than this, it's providing the required privacy which was my main concern.

This doesn’t serve the purpose I bought this for, zero privacy. You can see the screen from all the angles. Do no buy this . This is waste of money

I ordered this having ordered 3M branded ones before. Those are a pain to apply as they have double sticker adhesive.This screen, however, couldn't be easier to use! Opened the package, took it out and it slotted on with no effort. And the privacy aspects work great!Highly recommended.

You can see nothing from the side even with brightness all the way up. Adheres well to the laptop but is easy to pop on and off when you want to. Fits my Mac perfectly and is easy to close/open/store laptop with it still on. My only issue is after having it for so long it has fingerprints on it and I’m unsure how to clean it. Well worth the money and would purchase again

Muy buen producto y de muy fácil instalación, al ser magenética. El único detalle es que abajo no tiene iman y al cerrar la pantalla se puede atorar un poco, para lo cual puedes colocar un pequeño pedazo de cinta.

It does not cover your camera so I can’t come t of the camera quality with this product.

Definitivamente es un artículo caro pero puedo decir que su precio lo vale. Lo primero es que no se necesita pegar nada al marco de la pantalla para sostenerlo, se ayuda de la estática que la pantalla genera y además tiene unas pestañas magnéticas que logra que se quede puesto en cualquier posición. Para ver de frente funciona perfecto ya que reduce el brillo de la pantalla para no cansar los ojos y en un ángulo de 45º definitivamente ya no se alcanza a ver lo que se está haciendo, dándonos privacidad completa.Otro punto a favor es que es muy sencillo de limpiar, de quitar y de poner. Yo se lo dejo puesto incluso cuando cierro la pantalla y no afecta el funcionamiento de reposo de la laptop. Le queda perfecto a cualquier MacBook con pantalla de 13". Insisto, es un costo alto pero creo que en un buen tiempo no necesitaré comprar otro por lo que se va amortizando el gasto con el tiempo.
