I don't know for certain, but I would think so. So long as you can access with blutooth.

Thankfully you can not hear yourself in the headset. It is not noise cancelling but it does cut down the noise from the surrounding area.

They can be plugged in directly into the headphone jack on your Chromebook even if the USB adapter don't work. But in all, it should work fine.
