Excellent product
Take care to very carefully measure before installing. There is no adjustment afterward. Mine went in fine, but I'm a 45 year carpenter. Take care when prepping.

Works, but fiddly to adjust
This mechanism is to provide purely stylistic points. I can't think of a single practical benefit to having an offset pivoting door vs. a normal hinge system.BUT IF it's your style, then great! It's a low-profile system that definitely gets the job done. It is a little fiddly to install and adjust, especially if you're new to the idea of full-mortised locks or hinges, but once it's set and installed it looks pretty neat.
