Ärgerliche Überraschung!
Als die Lidschatten Palette ankamm, habe ich mich sehr gefreut. Leider, nachdem ich die Verpackung aufgemacht habe, kamen mehrere Brösel heraus, die einer der Farben gehörten. Folgendes bemerkte ich, dass die Lidschatten wegen ungeeigneter einzel Verpackung kaputt gegangen sind. Sehr schade und ärgerlich. Ich wollte dem Lieferungssystem eine weitere Chance geben und habe ich mir die nochmal bestellt. Ich hoffe, diesmal wird auf dieses wichtige Detail aufgepasst!!!
