High quality, useful tool selection, easy to understand instructions that genuinely gave good tips and tricks, installation video included, overall as easy and seamless of an install as I could ask for!!

Part is exactly as described and functional exactly as expected. Glue is on the part and well placed which helped greatly with the repair. Definitely will buy again as needed.

It's a great screen, instructions were easy to follow.

Screen came well packaged and as advertised. It took me about 3 hrs to replace the screen. If you do not feel comfortable working with small and sensitive electronics than maybe this is not for you! By far the hardest part was to remove the broken screen, which was primarily due to the bad quality of tools included in the kit. Overall,I think if better tools were included, I could do the job much better and faster, eliminating a lot of the risks for irreversible damage. Instructional video was good but I had to watch different videos on YouTube to get everything right. I also swapped in the original touchID button which seems to work. So far everything seems to work properly and sensitivity is comparable to the original. Certainly saved me money, but was laborious to replace. Giving it 4.5 stars due to flaws in instructions and poor quality of the tools that make replacement harder than it should be!

Not good. The instructions on what to do are partially clear. There were some steps that I wasn’t really sure what to do so I had to find a video. I followed everything as carefully as possible and it still is messed up. The digitizer is not working at all so it’s actually less useful now than with a shattered screen.

Fit my iPad great and easy install

Got this screen replacement for ipad 9th generation. I followed video instructions for removal and installation of new screen. I recommend using tape to keep broken glass from falling apart, because it will shatter more while being removed. I was not very patient/accurate and ended up breaking cord connecting original home button to the ipad, so had to use button provided with this product which feels a bit clunky. Recommend testing your home button after removal of original screen before removing button from diy kit. Made that mistake and had to re-glue the button provided with the set. As a first time diy, it took me about 3 hours to finish with use of heat gun. It is decent quality. Unfortunately had to install glass protection and it lowered sensitivity of the screen. Originally used thin paper feel screen film. Final thought: If it is important to save money, this definitely a way to go $20 +$20 heat gun. If it is detrimental to have everything work like it is a brand new ipad, better go to professionals like Ubreakifix. They usually provide a warranty for a year (check with your shop to make sure!) in case there is a defect not related to user error. I had that happen with my iphone and ubreakifix handled warranty with ease.

Initially it was great fitted well and worked well but after 1 month the screen has a band across it with different colour's. Very bad

New screen works great. Comes with everything needed, even good instructions! Hardest part of repair is removing the old screen and ensuring all old glue removed. Great support from the company. Highly recommend.

I am very impressed with the digitizer connectors, as they clipped in very securely, and were not soft like the competitors have been in the past

Item didn’t come with suction cap, took forever to take the glass off. Instructions are terrible and not for the correct iPad. Home button isn’t working and has locked my iPad. Can’t even use iPad at all. Do not recommend, this is an expensive piece of garbage.
