Good quality, I love that the fabric and plastic can separate so it’s easier to wash, very comfortable, not bulky at all, 10/10 recommend

Great for HEMA
I bought these because a HEMA blog had recommended them. I was not disappointed. They have very stout protection on the front and partway around the side of the shin. You need a stretchy sock to slip over them to hold them on. I bought these ASIN: B00MGTB4VW . They work great with the Probots and they have a bunch of other fun designs.

Field Hockey Approved
I'm a high school and tournament player and have used both the classic STX shin guards and shin guards that you slide on and don't necessarily need socks for but before my junior year, getting them was a good decision. With the STX shin guards, you can't really wash them but with these, you're able to just throw them in the wash and not have to worry about them. The protection they provide to hit are very good and I haven't gotten nearly as many bruises as I had gotten with the STX ones.

Fits great and 3/4 protection where its needed, we use with the sleeves but they are wanting to stay in place even before putting the sleeves over top.

I love how they are solid
Bought these for my daughter who plays for her school's JV team. She loves how they wrap around her shins even with falling socks. I love how they are solid. Because she is relatively tall (5'6") and thin, was worried that the large would be too large. But has not been the case. Very pleased!

A must for field hockey players
These have been our favorite guards for years. Easy to wash and keep fresh smelling. Which we all know isn't possible with other types of guards.
