Very good pineapple flavor. I've bought so many extracts to get a good punch of flavor,and they were too mild. This Emulsion is perfection!! It smells delicious and has a great taste. No aftertaste. For the size I feel it's a bit pricey, but it's a good product so it makes sense

I highly recommend this product. I've used it in cakes, bbq sauce, and pancake mix. The flavor is intense and delicious, a little bit goes a long way.

1. I tried many brands. and msny flavors. This brand is head and shoulders over others. Pineapple is very strong, not bitter and stays true. Normally pineapple extracts taste bitter and fake. This one is so great! I keep a mix of pineapple/coconut for drinks, tea, etc. LorAnn coconut is also the best on the market. Far superior than just an extract. Buy em all! Blueberry, licorice, strawberry, pecan, butter, cherry, pumpkin, apple. Got em all + 7 more. Licorice is so good I bought a spare!The only one I don't really like is the raspberry. all so great, not sure why that one tastes bitter, fake and so much like alcohol!! I should ask them. Worth every penny

Just 2 capfuls of this gave the best pineapple flavor to the mock pineapple I was making from all of the extra zucchini I had. This will be great in my next pineapple upside down cake.

This emulsion is so thick and smells heavenly. I made pineapple cupcakes for a family reunion, took a cream cheese frosting and use this as well to make the pineapple frosting and literally everybody was fighting over who got the last of the flavorful moist cupcakes. This is a huge winner.

Great product. Exactly what I needed it doesn’t take a lot for the flavor.

Weird odor. Don't use in a drink because ALL you smell is this weird (not pineapple) odor. And it will over power any othe flavor in the drink.It's very bitter, too, so use sparingly. They obviously thickened it with xanthan gum and maybe overdid it.Frankly it's in the trash. I'm a baker and this stuff is the strangest extract I've ever used. Even the ingredients are off putting. I definitely do not recommend.
