Without this sheep, my hubby and I would have lost tons of sleep. Even he says this is the best thing we own for the baby. I have purchased 2 more for my parents and in-laws houses too! My daughter is 16m and we have have been using this since she was born. Now she holds it and puts her face to it everynight to go to sleep. We have taken it traveling all over with us and its just the best thing to have for sleep. Mimicks heart beats and it has a music option too. We use both and she loves it, the sound is perfect in my opinion. Please get this for you baby, youll thank me one night at 2 am, I promise.

The grandbaby is SLEEPING ALONE. He's 8 weeks old and wouldn't sleep anywhere that wasn't ON someone (mostly his mommy or me, Nana). Day it delivered and put into use and he's sleeping soundly in his own space. This is turning out to be one of my best purchases. My baby loves it, and it works great for bedtime. I use it with rechargeable batteries, and it lasts a long time. It's an excellent gift for a baby shower registry.

I have a 4-month-old baby, and I have been using this sheep for about two months now. My baby loves it! I also have an older nephew who is 8 months old, and he enjoys it as well. The brightness is sufficient to see the sheep at night. It offers a variety of sounds, but my baby only likes one of them. The quality of the sheep is sturdy and soft; however, after a few washes and an accidental trip through the dryer, the softness remains, but the fabric has lost its fluffiness. It's a great gift and has decent quality, but I do think it is a bit pricey since I have to constantly change the batteries, and the sounds only last for 20 minutes. It turns on by itself sometimes, triggered by any sound, not just by the baby crying.

Materials and construction excellent quality. The sensor activates to play selected tune/sounds when the child cries. A light turns on with the sounds. It can all be programmed to activate (or not) described items as you prefer. There are several sounds, including one that perhaps sounds like mom's heartbeat while the baby was waiting to be delivered, a gentle "shhh" sound, and a variety of others. Very nice. Would buy again. Worth the $.

Love this and would give it 5 stars except when I turn it off it turns itself back on over and over like the buttons stick on the inside or something. It takes multiple trys to get it turned off and sometimes a really long time. My 3 year old will randomly turn it on and it will play and then starts the cycle of turning it off over and over. I love the different settings and it worked so well to put my baby to sleep and keep her sleeping. The shhhh and heartbeat combined sound is the best. Some reviews say it's hard to operate the buttons without undoing the velcro and being loud. I disagree it's easy to feel the placement of the buttons and its not necessary to open it up. At least not for myself or my wife.

This is very cute toy .babies love it.

I had to return it, batteries does not last long and the sound is not good.
