Not much ground clearance underneath. I would do better on smooth floors.

Just call their customer service line. I know it sounds basic and I was dreading it based on calling othe companies general lines. I've called Amazon and they were super fast, helpful and was honestly impressed.

I can't answer that question because I returned the truck. I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the toy, so we never used it.
