I was impressed with the mandolin slicer. The blade is sharp and cute through potatoes like butter. It made quick work of the scalloped potatoes for Thanksgiving dinner. It cleaned up easily and stores nicely. It is light weight and easy to handle and the suction cups keeps it in place while using.

I ordered this because I was tired of getting hurt when using normal mandolin. I used it to slice potatoes to make scalloped potatoes for Easter. It was fast and easy to use and perfect slices. Then I sliced cucumbers for a veggie tray....OMG I wish I had this before now. I even did a potato to make fries in my air fryer...it was wonderful. I highly recommend this Mandoline.

I've always wanted to make home fries straight from the potato, but the work to cut individual potatoes as a busy, working mom was a real turn off. This changed my life. I now only make home fries from potatoes I purchase. It works as advertised. Slip resistant, check. Size and thickness of cuts, check. Material of product, sturdy. The only reason I've not given it 5 stars is because the instructions could be a bit clearer. Otherwise, excellent product!

This works! The set up is easy, the cutting is smooth. I’ve used it for carrots, cucumbers, and strawberries. It worked well on all of those, with the cross cut feature and slices. The catch basket fits securely in place. The clean up is easy, rinses clean. The shoot that you push the veggies/fruit through has a pusher, so you can’t cut yourself, feels very safe. Pleased with this purchase!

Not sure why I didn’t get one of these earlier! They are fun. Easy settings and not hard to use.

I’m very happy with this mandolin slicer. It’s sturdy, sharp, and slices vegetables evenly every time. I’ve used it for potatoes, onions, cucumbers, and carrots, and it works beautifully. The adjustable thickness is very convenient, and it’s much faster than cutting by hand. Cleanup is quick, and it stores easily. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who cooks at home.

I thought it was a gimmick. Boy was I surprised. I will never use a regular mandoline again. We have a large salad for breakfast every day and this unit does the job so much better and faster. If I knew this earlier I might have bought the more expensive unit which can be taken apart for cleaning. But I am thrilled with unit. It is a little trickier to clean but not much. Probably not worth the extra money for that little bit of convenience.

If you're just cutting up a few things, you might as well just use a regular knife and save you lots of parts to wash up. However, if you're preparing root vegetables for a family, this is a great device, it produces even slices with little effort.

Nice to use and easy to clean. I'm lazy to cut veggies, this tool is just amazing! I had another mandolin but it was horizontal and i risked to cht my skin. This is very safe. Love it! The only thing is that when i cut tomatoes, the liquid goes out from the blades and directly on the table instead of the small container.
