iMOVE Active, Natural Joint Care Supplements for Men & Women, Includes Glucosamine HCl, Green Lipped Mussel, Hyraluronic Acid, Vitamin E and C and Manganese, 60 Tablets

This supplement is one of the very few around that actually works, and quickly to from my experience. However, sadly for me I have suffered significant bloating of my stomach and lower abdomen from taking it (a possible side effect) even when reducing the daily dose to just a half or even a quarter of a tablet. At times it has felt very uncomfortable; so much so that I have had to stop taking the supplements all together. It's a massive disappointment for me because the pain relief in my arthritic joints has been fantastic, better than anything I have ever taken. But from my perspective the side effect outweighs the other benefits. A great shame because I had high hopes when taking this. I clearly have a sensitive gut. But you might be perfectly OK so worth a try. UPDATE (21/5/2026) I have persevered by building up the dosage slowly, starting with half a tablet taken with my main meal of the day for the first 3 weeks and then increasing it to 1 tablet for the next 3 weeks and then 1.5 tablets for the following 3 weeks . I am now taking 1.5 tablets per day with no issues.....and most of all it works brilliantly! So I would very much recommend it.

Seem to be working after two weeks can feel the difference, will buy again .

I didn’t really expect these to work as nothing ever seems to, but they’re brilliant. I was in so much pain with my joints every day and now they’re almost pain free most of the time and I can be more active. If you’ve tried one packet and they haven’t worked, do persevere - they didn’t kick in until around the 7 week mark for me, then one day I noticed I had no joint pain and it only came back when I forgot the take my move tablets with me when I went away for a few days.

great product. However I have this on a 2 month subscription and that is being ignored and being sent every month therefore I have cancelled the subscription. this happened previously

Very easy to take. I'm only halfway through my six week trial and very hopeful that it does half as much for me as Yumove has done for my dogs! I'm after the magic wand effect! Feeling good at present, with no nasty side effects.

I've taken these for around 4 weeks now and have found them to help, my knees are a lot more comfortable climbing stairs. I just wish they were a bit more palatable!
