I was skeptical about this, but was pleasantly surprised. This has a mild taste, not overly powering, if you’re a fan of lemon water you’re likely to enjoy this. I did notice this does not dissolve as easily as other powders I’ve used in cold water, and I had to stir a bit longer and more vigorously for it to all dissolve which is worth noting. I have noticed a difference and I feel less bloated and my stomach is flatter. My one gripe is that a canister of this does not last long, and the one I received wasn’t filled all the way to the top, which may be how they all come but for the price I was expecting a bit more product. I will likely purchase again when I run out though.

This doesn't have me going to the bathroom, didn't regulate anything except how much water I tried to drink afterwards to get the nasty taste out of my mouth. Tried to mix it in a smoothie to mask the flavor, that didn't work. And man let me tell you that taste stays in your mouth all morning I swear. This stuff is a gimmick, straight joke. Good, light flavor but doesn’t mix well. No matter how fast you stir. A hand blender may help but I only had my hand and a spoon. Vigorously shaking bottled water didn’t work either. $23 is a lot for a product you can’t simply stir or shake to dissolve.The aluminum canister is half full but they tell you the number of servings you should get. This would be based on your personal preference for flavor intensity. Serving size is one teaspoon. I use 1.5 teaspoons.Flavor is equivalent to lemon water, not lemonade. Use cups or wide mouth bottles to spoon in the product. Use a funnel for bottled water. There’s a piece of cardboard inside to absorb moisture.I didn’t notice any changes with digestion however I drank more water using the product than not. Clumps included.I would have liked to try other flavors but I don’t want to work that hard for the money.
