I like the look but a couple of design flaws
I am finding the size and shape of these lens and the positioning of the comfortable nose bridge perfect for extended wear. It’s easy to position them so that they don’t interfere with my distance vision yet are fully accessible for reading. So why a three rating? Two issues that are not so significant that I will return them but significant enough that I wouldn’t order a second pair. The first issue is the width. I am a female with an average sized head, and I find the frame arms tight. It’s good that I’m comfortable with wearing the frames halfway down my nose because the arms would be just too tight to overlook if I wanted to wear them closer to my eyes. I frankly can imagine these frames on a wider face, including most male faces. The second issue is that on one of the arms, the metal adornments (which I assume was added for style) are roughly finished on the inside and the outside. I became aware of this because I noticed the interior piece was scratching my cheek. I then checked both of the pieces on this arm and felt the edges were jagged. I filed down the edged with an emergency board and added a few dabs of clear fingernail polish to cover the still somewhat edges. That has worked well enough, but it shouldn’t have been necessary, given that those pieces on the frame’s other arm are smooth on both sizes. If I were to make another purchase, I’d find a style that avoids these metal adornments so to not run the risk of rough edges. (Plus, these adornments add to the width of the arm at the point where I am feeling the most pressure on my face.)Thus, I will keep these glasses because I love the look (so much better than those stereotypical half lens librarian look) and the ease of switching between short and long distance needs. Still, those two issues would prevent me from ordering another pair.

Cute but cheap and break easily.
I really love these glasses. So much so that I bought a third pair after my first two broke. The first one broke a third of the way down the right arm and the second one broke around one of the lenses. I thought maybe it was just bad luck and liked them so much I bought a third pair. These lasted for a few months but just the other day the arm broke (and I'm not sure why) in the same spot as pair #1. Although they are cute and inexpensive, they get bent out of shape easily and eventually break. I have another pair of round readers I've had for seven years and the only reason I need to replace them is because I need a stronger lens. There's no reason why these glasses should break as easily and frequently as they do.

Vintage look
I love these! I call them Indiana Jones glasses. If you don’t like the very small glass size these are not for you. However I love the vintage look.

Two Strikes and I'm Out.
This is what I got.The first a bent stem with the lens out and unable to be put back in, the "replacement" arrived with the stem completely broken. This is what happens when small, light readers are sent in an envelope. I decided to keep them as a reminder to not purchase from that seller again.

They’re okay
They work and are very comfortable the lenses are compact no wiggle room they are not spring I mean the ear pieces don’t flex outward so there’s no give so I have to be careful I wouldn’t want to drop them I’ve gotten some good complements and a few sneakers I don’t care I love them I’d recommend them but I’d look for something that’s got a little more wiggle room so they don’t brake once you get them

Fragile frames!
I love everything about these glasses but the fragile frames. They snap open/break around the lenses. I wish you would make these in some sort of hypoallergenic metal. These fit my face perfectly. Small head:) I think some lotion or cream I use on my face may cause the frames to break. I can't buy them again unless they have hypoallergenic metal frames. My loss...I know!

Immediatly Regretted the Purchase...
Left temple piece was bent out of position. Perhaps due to fact they mailed it only in a thin padded envelope, or perhaps it is a design fall. I mean, it's not like the mail service may mail heavy parcels along with delicate one which may cause damage to say.... something made of plastic and glass, but no I'm sure it must be at the manufacturing level. Then again maybe my head is at fault for not being of the correct proportions...

disposable.
they're cheap, but fine. i was alarmed to find that they were shipped in a bubble mailer though. i suspected this was the reason they arrive broken sometimes, and took my chances. i was lucky, but correct. just be careful with them, and they'll probably last a while. super cute though, and they sit appropriately low on the nose to act as half-eyes.HEY AMAZON! eyeglasses should always be mailed in a cardboard box!

Good for the professorial look
Added these to that collection of reading specs you leave lying here and there in your workplace and home. With their tortoiseshell frames, these achieve the retro-professor look I wanted. Non-adjustable bridge still fits firmly further down my nose, for the imperious glower. Optical glass perhaps not the best: lenses are a bit loosely mounted, the reason for deducting one star.

defective glass
The left glass has a blurred line inside it. In addition the size of the glasses was very small.
