Can you put bleach in it to clean with?

Quite possibly one of the dumbest questions I've ever heard. Why would you even consider this? Chlorine is toxic in liquid form, but yeah let's turn it into a gas, then add water. Congratulations, you created hydrochloric acid! Not to mention chlorine fumes from Liquid form already irritate respiratory systems, let's amplify that. To answer this question No, and even if you could... you don't turn bleach into steam.

How does this compare to the McCullough steamer?

this one has only 43 psi, McCullough 58 psi, having said that temp on this one is higher at 293C vs 200C. Boiler n this one is steel, Muc's is copper.

There was one review that stated the steam only lasted about 10 minutes. How long will one tank of water last on high steam?

Hello, Thank you for your question. A steam cleaner is not meant to be used in high pressure 100% of the time. If you choose to use it in such a manner, you can expect about 25 minutes of cleaning time. Thank you

I do not think it comes with an accessory to clean curtains. Also, I do not have curtains, only shutters. You might want to check with Dupray. Good Luck
