10 Gallon tank? Ignore instructions, buy 2.
I really love the glofish, and the light certainly makes them pop! I have a pretty standard rectangle 10 gallon tank. The directions on these say its the perfect size for a 5-10 gallon tank. I found that a single light (even with all lights in my house off at night) was simply not enough to evenly light the tank, and depending on where the fish was, it wasn't glowing as vividly as it did in the store. I got a second light, and it is good to go! Slightly disappointing, because I ended up having to spend more than I had originally hoped, but the end result is fantastic! The product is easy to install, and fun to use!

Psssst it’s blue.
Great light, so easy to install. I love the clips to hold the cords neatly. I however bought this when I was half awake and did not realize it was just blue. Not multicolor like my other one. That’s completely on me. The light lights up the tank beautifully. I am happy with it.

Worth every penny!
We set up a 10 gallon tank for tetra glowfish. They require a blue+white light for them to glow/light up, this all blue one really blew it out of the park! It's super bright so in my opinion I think it would work for a 15-20 gallon tank as well. It's almost too bright for the 10 gallon. We're very happy with it!

Cool product!
Have 4 glofish. This product was very easy to install! It really accentuates the glofish and completes our aquarium

This is amazing and I highly recommend if you have Glow Fish
The media could not be loaded. This was very easy to put together and comes with everything you need. It makes your tank so much better than a regular light. I have had this for 3 years and it hasn’t disappointed me yet.

White and blue in one light!
The media could not be loaded. Been thrilled with these for our axolotl tank. Perfect size for out 20 gallon long tank, and the ability to switch between blue and white is wonderful. The white is best for visibility, but the blue is such a cool party trick, as the axolotl and silicone “plants” all glow in the blue light. Our axolotl is not bothered by either the blue or white light (we only have the light on for 2hrs a day)

A bit too bright
A bit too bright. I have another set of clip-on blue lights for my other tank and they provide a perfect light on the fish and decorations - it makes them really pop out without making the water visible. Those lights, a pair of 10-inch strips, came with the tank (National Geographics 46 gallon bow-front) and can be White/Blue, or just Blue. But this 8-inch single strip has a harsh bright light in the other tank. If you need a bunch of extra light, with a bit of a blue tint that will make your fish glow well, this is okay.

Works Well
This is the perfect light to get a normal aquarium system ready for some Glofish. It is bright, waterproof and just works well. We have this plugged into a smart plug so we can control when it comes on and goes off.It clips well to an aquarium lip. I have a 5 Gallon tank and it just barely clips on and it would probably clip onto a 10 Gallon easier since it would have a larger lip.
