You don't need to buy the ring binder unless you're studying for inspector
It's very expensive but it has all the information in there if you're if you're studying to be the building inspector but there's cheaper versions

Fast tabs are a must
Absolute must buy as a companion to the ICC building code book. It will be nearly impossible to pass the test without these and most classes require these in addition to the book and study companion.

No tab for index
The tabs are nice and easy to read. My only complains they didn't think to have a tab for the index. My test references odd places in the book and having to guess where the index is sucks.

IBC Code Page Tabs
I have had the tabs for earlier versions of the IBC. They help locate information quicker. When I haven't had the tabs I have used sticky tabs to mark data or tables that I use, but the tabs are easier to read.

Very neat & useful - but..
Mine were a little damaged either in packing or shipping and I was missing a whole tab, something to look out for. Otherwise, happy with it. - still worth it - got them put into my book. Only negative, could be a lot stickier.
