Overall build is flimsy and doesn’t provide stability for any device. The two adjustable sides function independently instead of locking together, which usually means one side collapses under simple movement like typing on the keyboard. Additionally, I only found two angles practical. The other slots put a device at an awkward angle for viewing/using.

It took 20 seconds to set up this laptop stand. It feels very sturdy; it doesn't feel flimsy or cheaply made. In the 3 days I've had it, I've felt a noticeable difference in the laptop's temperature. It is definitely cooler, especially near the battery. When I was running processor-heavy applications on the laptop while it was sitting on the desk, the laptop would get extremely hot. It doesn't get nearly as hot now.One minor con that doesn't affect me: I never used the laptop keyboard because I have a couple monitors and an external mouse/keyboard I use for work. With that said, I wouldn't be comfortable trying to use the laptop keyboard while its on the stand.

I hadn't planned on working form home for so long so I bought this to make doing so more comfortable. The stand is nice and light and has plenty of height options for my purpose.
