About 4 hours with the battery that is given with the jacket. You can obviously buy better batteries that will make it last longer.

Q: Are the pockets heated as well like Milwaukee's?

They are not. Also the waist of the jacket allows a lot of air in and the collar will not lay down so it pokes you in the neck.
