We are glad to be offering our product on Amazon. Eggs shipped are less then 24 Hrs. Old, anything older then that we hatch ourselves or consume. We recommend at least 2 dozen purchase if 10-12 chicks are desired. Our Hatch Rate is 85% on average, but this should not be expected with Mail Order Eggs. Our Fertility rate is 95% or better with a 3 female to 1 male ratio. Our Jumbo Brown Coturnix Quail grow up to be on average 13-14 oz. Live weight. They also have the capability of laying eggs as young as 7-8 weeks. We try to pack as safely as possible, but USPS can destroy anything.
