TYRWomen's Tyreco Maxfit Swimsuit

This suit is nylon. It has no stretch. Just be aware.

Runs small like other Tyr suits. The material is thicker then other Tyr. I returned this one because it felt tight on my shoulder which I thought would be uncomfortable doing laps. I have a long torso so maybe better for women with shorter torsos.

I was looking for a suit that was more athletic vs. aesthetic for swim training. This one is great but runs short. I might just have a long torso but I needed to swap for a size up. The only other negative feedback is the backend rides up until the suit is wet( weird, right!) otherwise it’s overall okay.

We have been purchasing this swimming suit in different colors for years!

Classic suit with full coverage

Great suit. Perfect weight for daily lap swimming. Runs very small. Followed size chart but couldn’t get it on. Not even close. I’m afraid to try another size because I have no clue what size to choose. If sizing works for you I think you’ll love the suit.

This is my 3rd TYR swimsuit of this model. I swim laps 2 to 3 times per week and I like this suit because it is not flimsy and it is built for athletes vs. casual swimmers. Each suit I've bought lasts about 6 to 9 months, after which it stretches out too much. Other comments about sizing are correct. The size chart from TYR is way off. I'm 5'5'', 120 lbs and usually wear a size 4, give or take a size, depending on the manufacturer. In this swimsuit, I buy a 38 and it fits well. 38 is listed as Large, but I'm not a large, so order up a few sizes.

Not sure the size chart is accurate. Even after referring to the chart, the swimsuit I received was ridiculously tiny as if it were made for a small child not an adult. Could not even try to get in it.

El traje es de muy buena calidad, tela gruesa, bonito corte pero viene muy reducido, yo soy talla 36 y así lo pedí y no me quedo, tuve que pedir talla 40 y ese si me quedo.

I absolutely love the red version of this swimsuit. I'm in the pool 3 times a week and it's held up great so far. As for the bright blue one I have, it faded quickly. The suit itself is still in good shape and I wouldn't care that it was lighter now except that it didn't fade everywhere. It stayed darker blue in awkward places (everywhere I have curves basically) and looks really inappropriate now. I even tried dyeing it but the dye didn't last long either. I might trying dyeing it black instead of blue as I do really love the style and fit otherwise but I don't have high hopes for it sticking.So I do recommend this suit but not the bright blue colour. The red hasn't faded at all and I have another TYR suit in navy that hadn't faded so I wouldn't expect this style to fade in that colour either.

This swimsuit has lasted well and fits really nice once you get the right size. First attempt at purchasing was fitting to small but got it right the second time.

Me encanta, el color igual a la imagen ajusta muy bien, si tuviera almohadillas estaría perfecto.
