I ordered the fan and found that when I would set the speed greater than 3 and oscillating, the fan would beep and turn off. After some experimenting, I found that the fan had a short and when oscillating, it would rock a bit and thus cause it to stop working. I reached out to the seller and after sending them a quick video of the issue, they sent me a new fan.On just customer service alone, I would have given 5 stars, however, since I have read others have had issues with shorting out, etc. I decided to give them a 4 star since the product seem to have a few lemons in the bunch.Overall though, great fan and very quiet but powerful breeze.

Received this fan in August. Loved it. Unfortunately it died just today, on December 27th.It still turns on and oscillates, however it no longer BLOWS no matter the speed you select.In Florida, fans are essential, even in December. Probably going to replace it, but if it dies within 6 months again, I'm going to be upset. Maybe this one is a dud? I dunno. I kept it clean and in a secure space. No apparent damage shows on the item and it never fell. I don't know why it stopped.If it dies on my replacement within the same time frame, I will absolutely update this message to let you all know.

I get a lot of compliments for its sleek look, doesn’t take much space.It’s reasonably quite and easy to clean. The remote stopped working after 1 day so 1 star less.The old fashioned finger still works tho so no big deal for me.

I purchased the smaller size fan 22” for my bedroom. It sits on top of my dresser and works great as a fan for my 14x14 room. The noise level is ok until you get above speed setting 5 then it does get louder. I keep the fan on the highest setting at night and like to louder noise of the fan when I sleep. My only disappointment with this product is the remote. I wanted a remote that would work from across the bedroom so I didn’t have to get out of bed to change the settings and speed. The remote only works from about 4 feet from the fan which defeats the propose of why I wanted a fan with a remote. I’m using the battery the remote came with so maybe it just needs a new battery. I don’t regret purchasing this product and overall it is a good little fan to keep my room cool at night.

I wish there was air slits on the bottom part of the oval because unless it is perfectly placed you are not able to feel the air. Also feeling the air from anything further than 6ft is a bit tough. But was a good replacement while I waiting for my Dyson remote to be delivered. Went back to my Dyson fan afterwards

The fan was good at first. However, further down the line, when i came home one day it was somehow turned on high power and rotating when i left it on low. Now it is stuck like that despite trying to use the remote and unplugging it for some time.

I often wake up overheated for whatever reason.. I did a lot of research trying to find the best fan that I could pop into the little nook next my window... This one is *perfect*.Insanely quiet (huge selling point for me) when in the "sleep" mode, that's the mode I use the most. I often forget it's on it's so quiet.I've don't usually need to use it on a high level, but it can put out some serious cooling when you do (probably due to the air entrainment mechanism that pulls air through the loop).Easy to spin around and cool the entire bed if my gf is warm too.Good price, good size, extremely quiet, great cooling.I only write reviews when I'm really really happy with a product, and I am very happy with this one.
