The best description I can come up with is washi tape
We bought this to cover an existing wallpaper border. Its definitely not well suited to that task. The tape itself is slightly transparent. Although not obvious from across the room, if you are within a couple of feet, you can see the pattern beneath the tape. The tape itself is very flimsy, which made it extremely difficult to install without wrinkles. The tape is much thinner than typical masking or painters tape. The best description I can come up with is washi tape. This is basically a giant roll of washi tape.Although we put it up, and for now are leaving it, we will be replacing it relatively soon.

Looks nice, like paint
Great. But wanted two stripes and roll only made two. The thinness is great because it looks like paint, which is what I wanted. But u have to be very very careful taking it off the roll. You’ll need help.i want my third stripe and I’m so angry this isn’t back In stock yet

Do NOT waste your time & money!!
This was one of the worst experiences EVER!!! It tore easily & became stuck to the roll when trying to unroll it. Very disappointed I spent $25 on this piece of crap! Kudos to the customers who were able to get it to work. I'm very crafty & patient w/ doing things but this is nearly impossible. It tares as easy as painters tape.
