Does the mask really move

No. It takes some effort due to the fact that the mask must be kept snug against your face to get the full effect of mouth movement!

I am not worried on the height of a person but if someone is 310 would it fit comfortable. Being able to sit or bend?

Weight is less important than shape. A taller person will not be as big around as a shorter person. At 250, it's tight- but in shorter/average height. If you're taller- it might fit fine or be too small.

I am 5’7 and 230lbs with this fit

The costume should fit, but the mask is a little on the big size, I added some foam to the inside to make it fit better.

The one size fits up to height: 70 inches, chest: 44 inches, waist: 46 inches.
