Totally awesome !!! A dynamic subject superbly organized and explained. Beyond the benefits of understanding and nurturing my own spiritual formation, I benefited in ways I never expected. Purchased as a master's degree text, although IMHO, an astute high school senior will readily grasp and benefit from the pearls of wisdom for a lifetime.

Indeed. This book meets and exceeds all my expectations. Well written and contains a wealth of valuable information. Get ready to think. No fluff here - this is for the student in you. Biblical, solid, conservative.

I got this book for a college class and there is so much good information for someone wanting to grow in their spirituality that I haven't put it down. I recommend it for anyone looking to have a more personal relationship with God.

Decent book. Not the best there is, but it was good and insightful. Some of the observations were a little obvious. Not the deepest book, but well written.
