The photos used in this product ad are stolen from VELIMAX!!! I took a shot on these hoping that the manufacture just sells their products to other companies who then market them as their own. However, all three of the bars (Towel, Hand-towel & toilet paper) are all much shorter than described in the photos & description. Actually, each bar has 3-4 different lengths listed throughout the ad; check the photos, written descriptions, and “product includes” description.(Example: the hand-towel bar is listed as 10.6”, 9.8”, 8.4”, & 8.35”. When it’s actually only 7.75”!)Spend the extra $10-15 bucks and get the nicerset. Not to mention the MOUNTING BRACKETS are COOKED and you can’t adjust them!The quality isn’t that bad, except for the crooked mounting plate. Guess it just depends on how particular you are and if you need to save money.

They were manufactured crooked. The bars are not even close to being perpendicular to the square frame. So, you install them to look horizontal to the ground (or ceiling) and both the toilet paper holder bar, and the hand towel bar are crooked and lay down at a slight angle. Additionally, the little screws used to tighten the brackets as they are assembled to the wall, are too short to reach the inside of the bracket, and thus you can’t tighten them to the wall. I really love this set and it looks great. But I didn’t realize there would be a problem with a one-armed tissue holder. It’s no problem when the roll is full, but once it gets light enough, it bounces around as you pull tissue from it and if you aren’t holding it, the roll will bounce right off the holder and onto the floor. I’ll probably replace it with the typical two-armed holder.

I love the look, but the towel bar bends a bit forward. I had to re-drill the holes for the bar too (in a new section of the wallboard) and spackle+paint over the old ones cause the holes were just a little short. I wish a guide had been included to show where to drill. Still pretty, but I'm not sure how well they'll hold up over time.

This was a great find on Amazon! The color is just as described, matte black, not shiny. They matched perfectly with previously ordered items on Amazon for my bathroom. After researching many online stores, this was a great value for all 4 pieces!

Each item was of exceptional quality and looks very sturdy. I am using these pieces in a home I am selling. Everyone who sees them compliments them.

They look nice but if you are replacing your 24" towel bar and want not to have to rework your bathroom - move on. this will not work - I was amazed when I got to my condo with these pieces to find out I had wasted my trip. If you need a 22" towel bar this will work for you.

Las piezas se ven muy bien, tienen algunos detalles en la instalación pero nada de que preocuparse, y creo que el toallero grande luciría mucho mas si tuviera unos 20 cm más, eso sí, el precio inmejorable, no los encontré mas baratos en ningún lado
