I bought a total of 4 pairs of in-ear headphones within a month to try. All 4 pairs between the price of about $10 and less than $40, all budget in-ear, no mic, no buttons, just basic in-ear headphones. I am keeping this one, price at about $15, the only one I think with enough bass, and because of the shape, they fit well in ears.

Given the relative low price for these and the seemingly 'too-good-to-be-true" product descriptions and reviews, frankly I did not expect much (call me a cynic). However, having had these now for a month, I have been nothing but pleased, surprised, and gratified. (Nice when things work out the way you hope!) I was looking for a relatively cheap replacement for the earbuds that would work with my Sansa Fuze mp3 player (have gone through 2 sets of cheap ear buds in 18 months!) Have to say, when I got the box I was a little chagrined by the amount of packaging. First I thought, what a waste, but then I realized these are packed by elves! Nothing is wasted. The box serves as a carrying case, if you're into that, and the items--the foam plugs, the wires, etc.--all seem to make sense--a place for everything and everything in its place. Even the plastic or rubber wires are not cheap plastic but some kind of quality coated rubber. Flexible, tough--they will hold up. Even metal connectors that plug into the device and the buds themselves are very high quality and will last quite some time. These folks do not scrimp on quality. They provide extra buds and foam replacement covers since everyone's ears are shaped a little differently and odds are at some point you're going to lose one or two of these--just the way the world works. As a writer, I am always working public places and need to have my music in order to focus on what I'm writing--although they don't advertise themselves as "noise cancelling", the sheer quality of the audio they put out absolutely serves the purpose. Great sound. Great quality. Great value! These folks absolutely know what they're doing. Buy a couple pair for yourself and a couple to give as gifts! (I hardly ever write these reviews and then only when I absolutely believe in the product and want to give credit where credit is due! Check them out! Money back guarantee. How can you lose? (Though I guarantee you will be absolutely enthralled by these. Under $11 bucks? Come on!

For comparison, I ordered these to replace a pair of AKG's that came with Samsung Galaxy. I've loved and used those religiously for about 3 yrs now which were still in perfect condition until my wonderful kitty found them and decided they were a fun chew toy. Out of the box, these are gorgeous earbuds. I love the design and quality of materials. They have an actual metal piece at the connection point and the earbuds themselves fit very nicely and seem very secure. The wires are covered with soft a plastic which seems like it should hold up fairly well with time and wear. Also, they come with a nice little carrying pouch to protect and keep them from tangling. LOVE IT! Now the not so good... these do not have a volume/play control on the wire which I'll take blame for not actually reading the description on that one but that was a slightly disappointing realization. On to sound quality. I plugged these into my phone which I always use for music and I instantly noticed how tiny the sound really is. The bass is light, background music fairly loud, but the vocals are just very quiet and overpowered by the music. I'm not incredibly picky given these are fairly cheap earbuds and otherwise I love them and they're incredibly comfortable so will definitely keep them but someone who is keen on sound quality may want to move on to a more expense item as these probably wont satisfy your ears.

Full bodied sound thanks to the 12mm drivers, metal construction, and other quality components. Betron has my attention and I look forward to researching their other items to see if anything else catches my eye. I listen to heavy metal, thrash, nu metal, industrial, and classic rock for the most part. For around $15, these exceeded my expectations. It's nice to have headphones that allow me to hear the bassists in songs where their tone can be lost with subpar phones. My gaming headset, over-ear Tritons, weren't expensive, but provide great frequency response and tone, whether it's in game action or music from my laptop. The bass is plentiful without being boomy or muddy. Mids are tight and vocals are clear. Highs are crisp without any hiss, unless you listen at full volume. Then, they sound a bit crap, so turn em down a bit. I clarify this below. These little buds are practically the same for about a third the price as my Tritons! They've got a mic, but no volume control, and I don't knock them for that. It would be nice to have, but they sound great and that's enough for me. If I had to mention a negative, and a very minor and obvious one at that. It would be that playing very aggressive and/or complex music at full volume produces some bottoming out and distortion. Lower the volume 15% and all is well. I again don't knock them for that, as I see that as user error and not a sign of poor quality, considering the price. In summary, for the price, they're some of the best you'll find, and that's a good thing! I'd recommend these for gifting or buying a few pairs to have in case you lose one or it gets damaged somehow. Remember, cheap does not always mean poor quality as expensive does not always equate to fine quality. It took me less than 5 mins of research to find these, after I bought a twin pack of crappy earbuds, with many high ratings(possibly fake reviews) for the same price as this single.

Having always used , RHA earphones ( which in my point of view had great sound but poorly constructed and always broke within a month of usage ), these are a more rugged construction well packaged , and while they don't come with an array of sized ear tips , the memory foam ones. Fit in the ear quite well and are the best,as has been said in a previous review ) to get the benefit of the base sound of these earphones. I will say that the negative reviews , to go back to Betron for assistance, rather than give just a negative review , I'm sure they would be more than willing to assist you . For me these eaphones work with both my iPad Air , and my iPod touch fifth generation . The audio is crisp clear and despite what genres of music I listen to , (and my taste is an eclectic range of music ) they seem to adapt very well indeed the base isn't destorted at . My only very slight criticism I would have is that there aren't the equal amount of sizes of memory foam and silicon earbuds I have to use the big size memory foam ones as the others felt too small , and the big sized ones feel your ear hole is being stretched somewhat. Second , wither its because I have large hands which aren't meant for intricate work , it is a bit of a battle to get the memory foam earbuds on . It that said once they are fixed the sound is great across all ranges . I would recommend these to everyone , and including those that have previously used RHA, as these earphones are just as good , even better than RHA, and are also cheaper than their offerings also . War lange auf der Suche nach klanglich sehr guten und vor allem gut zu tragenden Kopfhörern. Diese Kopfhörer passen durch ihre schräge Form perfekt, man kann auch mal bequem auf ihnen einschlafen. It's important to say that, given the price point, you need to have realistic expectations from these earphones. With that said, I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality of the sound. Bear in mind that I bought these to listen to audiobooks and for that purpose, they're really good value. The build quality is good, the packaging is surprisingly premium and there are spare ear rubbers included for different ear canal sizes.
