It's a very good and sturdy chair... Very easy to assemble.... It's a very comfortable chair... Would have preferred if it came with a backrest angle lock... Other than that, no complaints

I recently purchased the Green Soul® Vienna Chair from Amazon.in, I feel compelled to share my experience, particularly regarding the frustrating issue I encountered with its wheels. Despite my anticipation for a comfortable and functional office chair, my overall satisfaction has been marred by significant problems with the wheels, compounded by a lack of effective assistance from customer support.Upon receiving the chair, I was initially impressed by its sleek design and apparent quality. However, my enthusiasm quickly waned when I attempted to move the chair and discovered that the wheels were not functioning as expected. They exhibited a distinct lack of smoothness, often catching or jamming, which made simple movements across my workspace a cumbersome and aggravating task.Despite my disappointment, I remained hopeful that the issue could be resolved swiftly through the assistance of customer support. However, my attempts to reach out to them have only added to my frustration. The responses I received were either delayed or generic, offering little in the way of practical solutions or meaningful assistance. It is deeply disheartening to invest in a product only to encounter such a lack of accountability and support from the company.The malfunctioning wheels not only hinder my productivity but also raise concerns about the chair's overall durability and quality. If such a fundamental component as the wheels is prone to malfunction, it begs the question of what other shortcomings may exist within the chair's construction.I expect products to fulfill their intended purpose reliably, and when issues arise, I anticipate prompt and effective support from the manufacturer. As for myself, I am left grappling with the inconvenience and disappointment of a product that has failed to meet my expectations.

I purchased it for 7700 now it shows 700 rupees more , but the chair is worth it , within a day delivery by Amazon and it’s easy to install it just took 10 mins to assemble, over all nice product but lacking few useful options like recline lock u can recline but can’t hold the position,no wheel rotation lock provided so a hard movement will move the chair along… most importantly the customer care they reach you out after a month of purchase will not leave u until you upload a review for them 🤦🏻‍♂️

Very comfort chair with good lumber, arm and thigh support. Light weight, cool fabric and easy to assemble. I was searching for a chair like this for a long time.
