These are the perfect size for grab & go snaking. My husband is constantly on the go & also suffers from high cholesterol so almonds are one of his favorite healthy go to snacks but can be so expensive. I found these on Amazon for such a great price in my opinion & are a great size for snacking! He usually takes 2 along with him everyday to work and has one in the mid morning & one in the mid afternoon, it has helped him greatly with feeding those in between meal hunger pains & giving him a healthy snack while he's at work or in the car! They're easy to grab since they come in 1 ounce packages & are also perfect for lunches for the kids too!

These individual packets of almonds are the perfect snack or mini-meal if you're trying to do the six-a-day small meals instead of three larger ones.Each package holds 1 oz. which represents 160 calories; 14g fat (the very good kind - almonds are heart healthy); 10mg sodium (when do you ever see such a low salt content - and this is natural sodium in the almonds, not salted nuts); 190mg potassium (having leg cramps?); 5g carbs; and 2g fiber (subtract from the carbs for an ECC of only 3 grams of carbs per serving; ECC = effective carbohydrate count).I do have to say that there is the occasional stale, chewy nut in the bunch but I haven't been able to find any almonds from any supplier or in any form that doesn't have them. Can't really say why because some nuts are fresh & crunchy but a few just aren't.I won't deduct a star for that simply because it seems to be the nature of the food...large cans, large or small bags, they all have some "chewy" ones.The individual packaging helps me monitor just how many I eat, too, because I could just sit down with a party can of almonds and have a party by myself...until they were all gone in one fell swoop.If you like flavored nuts, you could add your own seasonings such as  GARLIC SALT FRESHLY PACKED IN LARGE JARS, spices, herbs, seasonings  if you want something with a little more punch.

Madi K's whole natural almonds aren't the delight for your tastebuds that her smoked almonds are, but they're fresh, tasty, and packaged in convenient one-ounce servings. I'll be alternating between these and the smoked almonds from now on.

I'm digging these almonds. I don't get the reviews about them being stale. They aren't stale, they're RAW. Raw almonds are soft. The ones I got are very fresh and have a great texture. They are also slightly sweet, and contain the subtle flavor that gets lost in roasting. Furthermore 1oz is the perfect package for those who are on a diet but want to get some healthy fats. Most other nuts come in 1.5 or 2oz and that's just a lot of nut calories for one sitting. these are great and easy to track. I will be buying these from now on.

I really like these almonds, they are raw and have about 6 grams of protein per 1 oz bag. These were less per ounce with Subscribe & Save than a lot of the other raw almonds on Amazon (when you include their shipping costs) and with the 10% additional savings from the mastercard promotion that ends 10/31/2012. I decided that the individual packaging is worth the small amount extra I paid. If this experiment in portion control goes well, I may order another brand and bag them myself. Now that I have Amazon Prime, some of the other brands will be quite a bit less expensive per ounce with free shipping. I do like that this company has been family run for generations and that these are Nonpareil Almonds, so will take that into consideration. The almonds are packaged in 2 boxes with 24 bags in each box. They arrived very quickly and in good condition.

I had been looking for individual packs of healthy snacks for my husband and I to take along to work for some time. I felt the ones you could buy in your grocery just cost too much. These are great! There is the perfect amount in these bags and for a great price at that. When you break it down it's less than 50 cents per bag bag whereas in store you would pay about $1 a bag. They are fresh tasting too. I like these so much we have these on subscribe and save. Recommend 100%.

I ordered these back in January 2017. They're the best almonds I've ever had and I don't know why it's taken so long to order more. Probably because I haven't had to rely on almonds as a food source as I did when I lived on college campus where they refused to give me food that excluded all my allergies. Kept me fed for two weeks! Not ideal but if you're in a pinch, it sure helps! The convenient pouches allow you to bring them around so you don't get faint during classes!

Once again, I should have read the review before buying the whole box nonetheless putting it in my subscription list. The almond is all natural nonpareil. It is not roasted or salted or done anything to it. I am sure there are plenty of people who love all natural almond, but that is not me. I ended up opening all 24 bags of individual packaged almonds and ended up roasting it myself with some coconut oil and sea salt. Outside of that, this almond was great.
