Thin and incomplete novelization - what happened?
As a movie novelization, this was disappointing. It actually RUNS OUT OF STORY at a certain point -- I know these novelizations are written far in advance and sometimes just from working copies of the script, but this is really very thin - it basically covers the action in Lagos at the very beginning of the movie, and then the immediate aftermath of that...and then? Nothing. End.It's like there should be a Part 2, another book, with the rest of the movie? There's no airport fight, no Spider-Man, no Black Panther, no end-fight between Tony and Cap in the Siberian secret compound...what happened? It also seems biased against Tony Stark, when in no way should this story take authorial sides (Tony Stark was actually the far more sympathetic character with the most reasonable motivation in the movie)This in no way can compare to the excellent novelizations of earlier MCU movies, especially the wonderful "Iron Man" by Peter David. The fact that this is apparently a young person's ("junior") novelization is no excuse - it's like they didn't even care.

Story doesn't cover the entire movie plot
My nephew was quite disappointed that the story stopped in the middle. But I could understand from the publisher's point of view if they had covered the entire movie plot the book would be quite long.

My son loved this book
My son loved this book. He is 6 years old but reads on a higher level and wanted more of a challenge than the 1st grade books provided. An added bonus is this was a lot cheaper on Amazon than we saw in Target!
