My cat loves these Royal Canin cans, I would say it's a real treat for her. Even though I find the price quite expensive, I can't help but buy them for my pet because I know that this is something she will be happy with.

Ordered this cat food as my 11yr old cat was getting picky eating his regular hard cat food I have been feeding him. I read that this cat food is supposed to be excellent for older cats. He loves it. Kinda expensive but if it's good for him and he will eat it,we'll worth the money.

By far the cats favorite! They can smell it immediately and eat every bite! Top of the line quality ingredients that doesn’t upset their stomachs.

Our Maine Coons & picky little rescue cat love Royal Canin canned food and it's noticeably beneficial for decreasing hairball activity & improving elimination. RC is definitely a good quality product that they actually eat: we tried many gluten-free, meat-only expensive organic products that they wouldn't touch. As far as I can figure out the gluten additives don't cause any problems and I suspect they may help our cats with elimination as they're not digested (much like feral cats pass undigestible animal hair & the like). Just a guess on my part, I'm no biologist. The downside is that it's gotten SHOCKINGLY EXPENSIVE in the past 5 years (>30% price increase(!!) although Amazon has the best prices we can find) and the smell has gotten much stronger, but the cats don't leave any in their bowls. It's also becoming a bit hit-or-miss as far as getting it on time (we use Subscribe & Save, currently not offered for Royal Canin canned foods - seems to be a manufacturer issue & not Amazon's fault.) One of our cats has a compromised digestive system and the RC food have helped a LOT with that; we've also had great luck adding Purina Fortiflora Feline Nutritional Supplement Box, 30gm , sprinkling one packet over their wet food for maintenance in avoiding diarrhea (it also seems to be a taste enhancer for them.) One packet gets split 3 ways once a day & that's a sufficient maintenance dosage. However if RC continues escalating their pricing "just because they can," we'll definitely be trying some other brands to see if anything else can compete.

This food meets the vets recommendation. It has no bad stuff in it and our cat loves it. There are other flavors he also likes. I add a little water and he laps up the whole bowl!

I have a ragdoll and she loves royal cans. But I decide to change some other brand’s cans which is better than royal and the price is same. I think lots of cats loves royal cans but the royal has lots of meat by products. Meat by products means the meat is not dry meat. It’s meat powder which has some chemical stuff inside. Also, royal has lots of carbohydrates which can increase cat’s weight. Fat is not a healthy style. The most important thing is that royal has the same price as other no wheat, no meat products, no carbohydrates cans. So, if I spent same money, I will choose the better one, more healthy one. Also, I want my cat eat better food and have a healthy life. I love cats, I want all the guys who have cats know this truth. If you guys don’t trust me, you can compare by yourself. Choose a no grain can and compare the ingredients and price with royal’s cans. I like royal, because I have a ragdoll and royal have specific cat food for ragdoll. It’s easy for a new guy like me to feed a cat. But, I’m not stupid, the price of royal cans is not worth.

I have 2 cats they are 4 years old from the start I wanted nothing but the best for them so I researched food and found alot of cat foods are not good for your cats health then I found Royal canin and was told it is made by veterans who actually care for your aminals and their health Fun fact that I learned if you have a boy cat this food will help keep Chrystal from forming in his urethra... It may cost more than other brands and can be hard to find sometimes due to product demands and all that but it's worth the hunt my cats love the taste and lick the plates clean I recommend doing your own research and trying different things for yourself and most definitely have a back up brand ready that your pets like as well in case you can't find any royal canin I use 1 can to split between the 2 cats twice a day alot of food comes out of that little can they also have royal canin dry food available to them to graise all day the dry food also helps my girl cat with preventing blatter infections Talk to your vet ... call a vet and ask questions it's worth it

I am thoroughly disgusted with what Royal Canin has done to this cat food. My cat is very picky, and after having thrown out too much food she wouldn't touch, we ended up with RC Adult Instinctive. My cat doesn't like any fish or seafood, beef, etc. Only chicken with possibly some other ingredients. She loved it, it agreed with her, happy cat, happy owner. All of a sudden my cat stops eating this food. I'm worried that there is something wrong with her. I noticed that the food doesn't smell the same and when I put it down; most of the time she sniffs it and walks away. Well, without any notification or label information, Royal Canin has completely changed the recipe/formula for this food - and it appears with all their canned foods. No longer is "chicken" the main ingredient in this food, it's now "pork by-products". There is no chicken is in this food any longer. And now salmon is in the ingredient list, albeit a bit down the ingredient label. Why would they add fish to a formula without alerting customers? Except for the salmon, there is no actual meat in this cat food anymore - just "by products", liver and wheat gluten. I get that cats would eat this if they caught and killed an animal. But they would also be eating meat. And at the same time, Royal Canin now has a peel away label, so you can't even SEE the ingredients unless you pull off the label. If this was an "improved" formula, you would think they would promote this: "new", "improved", "new recipe", "better tasting". Nope - nothing. I'm sure Royal Canin's response to this would be it is nutritionally complete and sorry your cat doesn't like it. If the company was so successful with so many cats enjoying this food, why would they make radical changes to the recipe/formula? It says to me, at least, cost cutting and maybe pulling one over on the customer. Top Old ingredients: Water Sufficient For Processing, Chicken, Pork By-Products, Pork Liver, Chicken By-Products, Chicken Liver, Gelatin By-Product, Wheat Gluten, Wheat Flour. Top New ingredients: Water Sufficient For Processing, Pork By-Products, Chicken By-Products, Chicken Liver, Pork Liver, Salmon, Wheat Flour, Wheat Gluten, Gelatin, Pork Plasma When a company does a wholesale change to all its product formulas, and doesn't tell anyone, it says to me this is pure corporate greed - how do we save money on an established product without the customer knowing? Use cheaper ingredients and make more money.

I was hesitant about changing their food because I feared they would reject a new diet. They LOVE this food! I was so surprised. On top of their enjoyment, their poop is less smelly and one cat with vomit issues has stopped vomiting. Amazing! I feel good about feeding my cats royal canin and they obviously like it too!

What can I say one of the Best .. the Kitties love it.
