This works. Is it magic? No. However, if you follow the recommendations for use and consistently use the product. You will see growth. I am pleased with the results. During menopause, my hair thinned horribly. Panic was setting in and my hairstylist told me to try the shampoo and serum. I was happy with no harsh meds (minoxidil) and no way to ever stop using said meds. Is it expensive? A little, but nothing like the programs and products that cost hundreds of dollars a month. The serum does not make hair oily, nor does it dry the hair out. I am more happy with my hair than I have been in a while.

Very expensive for something that has the strongest most awful smell ever! Literally only tried once, got a headache from the smell and an itchy scalp. Returned the next day and have been arguing with Amazon for 72 hours trying to get my refund. What a joke.
