Easy to use and sae product for kitchen

Product is good, well packed and delivered. However there is no sign that tells I bought it from Amazon. No Amazon address sticker outside on the box, no Amazon receipt/ challan as a purchase proof inside the box, no Amazon packaging tape used. It's like I bought it from a shop with no Amazon involvement. I've no document to prove that I bought the product from Amazon. Warranty card is blank and no receipt/invoice. How do I return such a product in case need arises, as I've no purchase document except that I paid money to Amazon. Had never experienced such purchase in the past from Amazon. Silverlining: Product is good as of now.

I Surya Flame gas stove 24 March 2022 I bought it within 2 months the rubber at the bottom of the burner got burnt, after that if you cook food in any utensil then the whole utensil turns black Surya Flame Company is good Ever since the gas connection has been made in our house, we have been using Surya Flame gas stove with it. I request you to solve my problem as soon as possible Thank You
