No ingredients. I just went for it cos my rhubarb plant really took off an I'd never made jam b4 but Wow... Pectin is amazing. I used about a dessert spoon full into already boiling rhubarb and it turned out like a Dream. Sweet and delicious.

The container of the agaragar was damaged. The bottle with it inside pierced through the agar agar. I requested a refund and waiting.

I've found that putting too much in and stirring it in will lead to big clumps of the powder, which will be impossible to break up. Performance and Features I have made two sauces with this now, although overall I've used too much of this product; less is absolutely more, with the squeeze bottles I use for the sauces, they are now too thick. Pros This is unstoppable; you will have a thick sauce in no time Cons Be careful, my two times using this have resulted in sauces that are thicker than honey Conclusion Follow the steps on the bottle and don't be overzealous with how much you put in right away. You must whisk it in and give it time to settle so you can understand how thick you have made it.
