SOLFEGGIO ECLECTICA HEALING FREQUENCIES: GUIDEBOOK

I bought this book wanting to learn more about the various frequencies and how they effect our bodies, brains and overall well being. While the book does go into some of that, the entire text feels like an advertisement for additional services and products related to the author’s work. That’s what reduced the review to three stars. I will say that some of the information in the book is enlightening, but the author could have taken more time to make the book read as less of a sales pitch for other services. That angle is obvious from the first few pages and throughout the rest of the chapters of the book and detracts from the substantive content.

The book is designed to company a set of CD/DVDs., and not much use by itself. There are some useful affirmations, but otherwise for me - a waste of money
