I have ordered 2 pots. The packaging was good. Quality of product. Easy to hang and the strings over the pot keep the water cool. Value for money. Looks very attractive.

TOO SMALL

Good quality but some glitter embedded in pot
The media could not be loaded. There is some glitter in the pot that is mixing with the water. Some of it is not coming out after washing the pot. Otherwise the pot looks great. Dimensions are around 6.5" in width and 2" deep.

Unsuitable for the purpose. Bad quality
Within an hour of putting water for the birds the whole pot collapsed . It’s made of raw clay and absolutely unsuitable for the purpose it’s advertised forWhen I try to return the product it says refund can happen if you return the product in original form. Why would we want to return if the product was good?Very disappointed with the claim . Must show what is true and workableAnd our money is stuck
