These work on heartburn about a well as chewing up some Tums. The difference is that they are much more pleasant that having to chew the chalky Tums, or Tums-like product. They aren't gummies, which I'm not overly fond of, and frankly, make me feel a little silly to be chewing. They are more like Skittles, I think. They are chewy, but you don't have to spend time chewing and chewing before swallowing.I really like these. I had heartburn while out with a friend and she gave me one of these. It helped pretty quickly, though not 100% at first. She told me she normally takes two at a time, but she only had the one with her right then. After a little time, I did think all my heartburn had gone away, so it seemed that it does work if you take just one, but more slowly than if you take two right away.

These fantastic little chews are the only thing that helped me survive pregnancy heartburn. They dont have any nasty chalky aftertaste as a matter of fact they taste like sweet candies (something to be mindful of if you have curious children). They work quickly and efficiently and are honestly the only thing I will ever ever use for heartburn (unless they come out with heartburn relief chocolates) no matter how expensive they seem I can promise you they will be worth the cost and you wont regret it.

Works at least as well as the tablets. But it is such a better delivery method. When you have acid you may not have access to a cup of water. Plus you have to wait for it to dissolve. This you just pop in your mouth, chew and swallow. It is not pasty or chalky. It really is like a fruit chew, so watch it around kids or folks who are irresponsible with over the counter medication. It is still a medicine and should be respected as one.

I keep these on my nightstand for that nasty middle-of-the-night acid indigestion. Usually, three of them will take care of all but my worst cases. They are fairly tasty, and much nicer to chew than the hard crunchy brand that shall remain unnamed. They seem to work really quickly. I would say give them a try, if you are presently using the crunchy ones. The only thing to avoid is, if you are wearing aligners or other plastic retainers, and you chew these, like the other crunchy ones, they will rough up the surfaces of your aligners.

These things work AWESOME! Heartburn & stomach upset are GONE within 5 minutes!I've had heart burn and stomach upset for years and I've tried everything, OTC and Rx. However, my Mom turned me on to these and, at first, I laughed. They look and taste like candy..they taste great! So I tried one and what do you know, it worked, within 5 minutes! BEST PRODUCT ON THE MARKET!!!! Something that finally works and works FAST.

I was skeptical when I ordered these after an unfortunate encounter with the chewy version of another known brand. Luckily (ha), thanks to pregnancy, I didn't have to wait long to try these out. The texture of these is significantly more pleasant than other chewy versions, as well as being a nice alternative to eating chalk 24/7. The taste was surprisingly good as well, which was another pleasant surprise since I had given up on the idea of enjoying taking antacids. Highly recommend for anyone struggling with the dreaded ailment of reflux.

Why is one heartburn tab better than another? Who knows? This stuff works! I don’t have heartburn often, but when I do it is difficult to get rid of. The dry tabs require 5, 6 or 7 to bring relief. Tried these at my Mom’s house… Two chews and I had relief within minutes. Tried them again months later. Same good result. Thus, this purchase. I have used them a time or two in the past month or so and I have always gotten complete relief within a few minutes. This is now my top shelf and only indigestion/ heartburn relief med.

Best thing I’ve found for heartburn, bloating and sour stomach. I got to where I can’t tolerate Tums and Rolaids anymore. These are actually good and work exceptionally well. I wish I had stock in Bayer. They have a winner here.
