The product is in tablet form and is easy to swallow it doesn’t have any particular flavor. I am having this product from last 5 days and have noticed a significant change in my eating habits.It reduced my craving and snacking habits. But I haven’t lost my appetite. Its too early to say abt weight loss,but it will eventually happen as the hunger panks have reduced. Though I really feel very thirsty all day long so the water intake has increased and so is the metabolism.
