Can somebody look at the bottle please and tell me if this is dairy free and gluten free?

Jennifer, the production process for the enzymes used in TriEnza may utilize fermentation ingredients that are derived from or contain gluten, however, these items are either consumed during fermentation or removed during the enzyme purification process. Yes, it's a powder in a capsule. My friend who uses TriEnza as well opens the capsules and sprinkles it on her food all the time. I never tried it.

They are on the smaller side for capsules..Ｓｌｉｍ,Not too long.. can take 4 easily at one tine. Cannot measure at present . Have run out.,these work great!
