Recomiendo totalmente este emprendimiento ha hecho un buen trabajo!Aunque el producto es muy bueno y sus componentes son excepcionales, su descripción no lo es, compre porque decía compatible con frascos wide mouth, y solo funciona con mason, luego de comprar tuve que comprar frascos de este tipo, por otra parte el soporte es malo, no responden preguntas o dudas. Antes de comprar, aclaren dudas.

This was the first time buying fermenting products and I'm glad I chose this one. This item was very well packaged and easy to use.

I bought this item last spring (2020) and forgot to write a review. I am about ready to pull it out to use now on my zucchini. It was awesome - I couldn't have been happier. I probably made close to 20 quarts of fermented zucchini last summer with just this set, and only had trouble with a couple of jars. I can't blame that on the product though - it was my first time to try fermenting anything, so I had a bit of a learning curve. I had no idea fermented vegetable could taste so good, and be so good for us. I'm counting the days until I can start harvesting, and I heartily recommend this product to anyone wanting to give fermenting a try. Yes - I had to keep a bit of an eye on the jars, but that was more fun than effort. And, they looked so pretty on my counter that I didn't mind. Also, the packaging is really nice and it all stores in the box it comes in. My order arrived in perfect shape, ready to use. I was totally pleased.
